Are you stressed, anxious or worried?

As you've probably read many times in my blogs, stress can lead to a whole portfolio of health problems.

One of these problems is weight gain as some of you have probably experienced.

Finding ways to relax is a critical element to revitalizing your health and boosting your metabolism.

But one of the things I've learned over the years is that each of us relaxes best in a different way.

For some, it may be yoga; for others it may be deep breathing.

And for some, well, it can be a challenge, so I am constantly searching for new techniques -- or technologies -- that can help people relax.

As you know, I am always looking for interesting products and services that work with our body's natural intelligence to help us lose weight and gain our health -- it's the same principle that all of my books are based on in fact.

Well, I recently came across just one of these called Ideal Weight, from a company called Learning Strategies, which has a unique approach to health and weight loss.

Their claim is that by simply listening to their 20-minute CD, you can lose weight.

Of course, the mere act of listening to a CD won't make you lose weight, but I DO think this product may be of significant benefit to many of you.

Here's why:

All bodies, including yours, give natural signals that say when to start eating, when to stop eating, and which foods to eat.

For some reason, people who are overweight are either unable to notice these signals or unable to respond to them.

Ideal Weight is an audio CD that's been specially designed using ground-breaking audio technology to help you get into synch with these natural signals.

By relaxing you can learn to listen to the signals your body is giving you.

This technology combines the best of several cutting edge areas such as suggestive-accelerative learning and teaching methods, whole brain learning, imagery, suggestion, relaxation and neuro-linguistic programming.

This may also help many of you get more out of UltraMetabolism or The UltraSimple Diet if you are on either of those programs.

This could be an excellent counterpart to those programs.

This product won't be for all of you, but if you are busy, feeling stressed, like to listen to audio and are short on time, this could be for you.

I suggest you go to this website now to see what they say.

To your good health,
Mark Hyman, M.D.
